Overview
Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the early 11th century, by Feiror Uir Saelheneb. The establishment of Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Feiror Uir Saelheneb struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä as a prison colony.
Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä ’s existence was once fed by scholarly pursuits. But the income once drawn in by the works of scribes and academics has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Everywhere about the city one can see abandoned schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the city places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Even in these times.

Cultural Notes
Jä̋yē̂ Ű̄wr Ni̋ēkēä's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
